A 10:1 concentrate of mullein leaf is the lead plant in the BreathiZen blend.
A quick introduction
Mullein, Verbascum thapsus in Latin, grows as a tall roadside plant with thick, woolly leaves and a tower of little yellow flowers. BreathiZen draws on the leaf.
Why the label says 10:1
A 10:1 extract is a concentrate. Roughly ten parts of the dried leaf are used to produce one part of extract, which packs a lot of the plant into a small amount.

Its job in the blend
Mullein leads the 154 mg proprietary blend printed on the Supplement Facts panel. The brand links the formula with healthy airways and clear breathing.* The panel gives a single total, so mullein has no milligram figure of its own.
Taking it
There is no tea to steep. You shake the bottle, give four pumps and you are done in about five seconds. Learn about its blend partners, ginger root and lemon extract, or open the guide on understanding the blend.
